Permitted store activity

Visitors may browse, buy, and communicate lawfully but must not disrupt, attack, misuse, or obtain fraudulent access to the service. Product information is prepared carefully, although packaging, colors, and screen presentation can differ reasonably. Text, imagery, and design remain subject to intellectual-property protection.

Purchase requests and store decisions

An order request becomes accepted through the store process and can be refused, limited, or cancelled for inventory, payment, address, fraud, error, or policy reasons. Checkout shows applicable pricing, taxes, authorization, and delivery choices, supplemented by the linked policies.

Return options and legal rights

We accept defective returns, eligible non-defective new returns, and exchanges. Non-defective goods must be unused and in original condition. Request approval within 30 calendar days after delivery, then mail with the complimentary prepaid label enclosed in the package and the confirmed destination instructions. We charge no restocking fee. An approved original-method refund is processed and initiated within 10 days; provider posting can follow later. Review the Refund Policy.
